Introduzione dell'azienda

Wichary TECHNIC SP. j. ha iniziato la sua attività nel 1992 all'interno di un'area industriale di 8000 mq a Zabrze, nella regione in rapido sviluppo della Silesia. L'azienda ha implementato la ISO 9001.

Contesto

La partecipazione al progetto offre la possibilità di individuare punti di forza e di debolezza delle attuali soluzioni implementate in azienda, con l'obiettivo di miglioramento delle stesse in un contesto di crescita continua dei prezzi dei vettori energetici.

Misure di efficienza energetica attuate in azienda

The company is preparing to implement the activities proposed in the energy audit developed under the project. It is planned to take actions related to reduction of heat losses in the electric furnace, use of excess heat from the paint chambers and heat recovery from process equipment. Activities related to leakages reduction of compressed-air system, modernization of transportation fleet and change of luminaire type (to LED) are also considered. The key element in implementing the above activities is to find financing sources for these investments. Nowadays the company has successfully installed 60 kW of PV panels (area of about 360 m²). In the audit 40 kW was planned and due to favorable circumstances the power was increased.

I risultati ottenuti

By installing PV panels, the consumption of conventional primary energy was reduced by approximately 167,576 kWh, which is approximately 17% of the total primary energy demand.
